Your account’s email address is very important, as that is what allows you to log in, receive confirmation emails, etc. In order to change the email address on your account we will need to verify your identity.

Enter your current email address and click 'Send Code' button.
Enter the verification code sent to your email address and click 'Validate Code' button.
Enter your password and 2-FA and click 'Proceed' button.
In next window, enter your new email address and click 'Send Code' button.
Enter the verification code sent to your new email address and click 'Validate Code' button.
When the validation si complete, click 'Confirm' button to complete.

Follow these steps to sign up.
(1) Click "Sign Up" button at the top of this page to get started.
First, create the member ID. 4 to 20 characters long letters and numbers are allowed. No special character (such as !, %, @, or #) is allowed for the member ID. Enter the member ID and click "ID Check" button to check the availability of the ID.
(2) Next enter your first and last name. We recommend you enter the correct legal name.
(3) Next enter the email address and click "Send Code" button to receive an email validation code. If you don't receive an email in 2 minutes, click "Resend Code" and another verification code will be sent.
(4) Enter the verification code from the email and click "Validate Code" to verify. Once the button changes from red to blue, you are good to move forward.
(5) In case you have a referral code, enter it in the referral code window and click "Look Up Code" button. Otherwise, skip this and click "Next Step" button.
(6) On the next page, enter 8 to 20 characters long password. Password must contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter (A, z), one numeric character (0-9), and one special character (such as !, %, @, or #)
(7) Enter the same password to confirm the passwords and click "Save Password"
(8) The last step of the sign up is setting up 2-Factor Authentication. If you haven't installed google OTP on your cell phone, you have to install it first. Follow the instruction and enter 6-digit authentication code.

We do not verify member's date of birth, permanent address or governmental ID. But we recommend to enter correct legal name. In case of breach or hacking, we will ask you to provide official ID to verify the account ownership.

The Pascal account is available to any person, who are interested in investing in cryptocurrency.

To make a withdrawal request, complete the following steps:
1. Click the 'Withdraw' button under the 'Wallets' tab.
2. Enter the amount to withdraw and the wallet address to receive coins.
3. The transaction fee will be automatically deducted from the amount you entered.
If your available balance is lower than the transaction fee, you will not be able to make a withdrawal.
4. Click the 'Continue' button to proceed.
5. In the following window, enter the email address, password and 2-FA to verify your credential.
6. Click 'Verify' button
7. Check your withdrawal request notification email. Click the confirm link within the message as the final verification. If you do not confirm in 48 hours after withdrawal request, your request will be automatically cancelled.

Yes! We have no restrictions or lock up periods, so you can always withdraw your funds in your wallet at any time.
Withdrawals are subject to holdbacks of up to 48 hours and are processed the following business day. If the request is placed before 24:00 UTC, it will be processed the next business day. If the request is placed after 24:00 UTC, it will be processed in two business days. Withdrawals are processed between 12PM-8PM UTC and are only processed on business days.

There is a two-day hold from the date of withdrawal request. During this period, you can cancel the request, if it the request was not made by you. Following this hold-back period, withdrawals will be processed. Your request can be rejected, if we discover suspicious activity in your account. You will be notified if there is a change in status.

We will notify you via email once we complete processing your withdrawal request. To review the transaction record,  click the 'Wallets' tab and then go to the Withdrawal History.

You are not able to cancel your withdrawal request. If the withdrawal request hasn’t made without your acknowledgement, you can restrict your account and stop withdrawal process immediately.

Check the confirmation email you received for the date your withdrawal request was processed. Alternatively, you can view this information in the 'Withdrawal History' area under 'Wallets' tab.
If more than 7 business days have passed and the funds still have not appeared in your wallet, please contact us.

In case your account is hacked, you can restrict the access to your account immediately. Once restricted, nobody will be able to login and any pending withrawal request will be cancelled. Contact support to remove restriction.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is the industry standard for securing your online accounts. Once enabled, 2FA adds a second layer of protection to your Pascal account. When you login, you’ll be prompted to input your password and a verification code generated by authenticator app.

You can setup 2FA on your Pascal account using the Google Authenticator app, available on Android and iOS mobile devices. Once enabled, you will only be able to log in to your Pascal account with a code generated by the app. This code regenerates every 30 seconds. As a precaution, Packal strongly recommends that clients write down and store their authenticator token code in a safe and accessible place.

While we strive to ensure that no unwanted activity occurs, Pascal is not responsible for any unauthorized users that may access your account.

If you're logging in on a computer, and your Authenticator App is on your mobile device, the time must be synced 100% between the devices or else the code will likely fail.

Please ensure the time on your computer (where you're logging in) is exactly synced with the time on your phone (that has the 2FA Authenticator), and that should resolve the issue!

If the issue persists, click the '2FA (OTP) reset' link on the login page. After successful member verification, you can reset your 2FA.

Your member ID is your email address.

Click the 'Forgot my password?' link on the login page. After successful member verification, you can reset your password. Type in the new password you want to use, twice, and click the Save Password button.
You can now use your new password to sign In.

Member ID cannot be altered or changed once created. Password can be changed anytime. Go to 'Profile & Security' under member icon and click 'Change Email' button. Follow the instruction to complete.

Click the '2FA (OTP) reset' link on the login page. After successful member verification, you can reset your 2FA.

While signing up, your email had been verified. If you do not receive email, contact your email service provider.

Security is our top priority. For(almost)  every activity, you will receive an email notification. For Pascal does not verify user information, we can only protect the data created by the members. Even though member data are continuously backed up and monitored, members are primarily responsible for password and email.
